CHLÖSTERLI GSTAAD
The Chlösterli is a Swiss restaurant, bar and event house with history in Gstaad. With an Italian and Swiss menu, a stylish bar and an extensive dance floor, special events are celebrated here, exclusively in winter. Not only can live music be enjoyed on special winter evenings, but private events can also be organized in this classy rustic ambience. Adventurous, nature-loving guests can even hike to the Chlösterli and enjoy the view on the way to the fullest.
With Chlösterli Gstaad, we have focused on high-quality content in all service areas from the very beginning. Together we created a modern website, appealing social media, enticing marketing and emotional storytelling to lift up the gastronomic experience from the competitors.
After a rather insistent reopening in winter 2018, the traditional Chlösterli has asked for a redesign of their website. A new web design, corporate design and branding led to a new marketing strategy and printed materials. A following target group research made it possible to generate a new communication strategy with a focus on social media and e-mail marketing. The result: an increase from 10 to over 2,000 Instagram followers and a successful 2019 winter season.
